Where we deliver
Available destinations and delivery prices are shown at checkout. Delivery availability can vary by product and destination.
Processing and production
Our clothing is produced to order by our fulfilment partner, Tapstitch. Please allow approximately 2–7 business days for production before dispatch. During busy periods or for certain products, production may take longer.
Estimated delivery
For UK orders, delivery is usually estimated at 7–15 business days after dispatch. International delivery times vary by destination and are displayed where available at checkout. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
Unless we agree otherwise with you, we will deliver without undue delay and no later than 30 days after your order is accepted. If we cannot meet that obligation, your statutory rights apply.
Tracking
When tracking becomes available, Shopify will send it to the email address used at checkout. You can also follow progress from the order-status link in your order confirmation.
Customs and import charges
International orders may be subject to import VAT, customs duties or handling charges imposed by the destination country. Unless checkout states that these charges are included, the recipient is responsible for them.
Address problems and delays
Please check your delivery address before paying. If you notice an error, contact hello@theotherthing.co.uk immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after production starts. If tracking has not updated for an unusual length of time, contact us with your order number.
