About these terms
These terms apply when you buy from The Other Thing through this website. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.
Products
We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Colours can look different depending on your screen, and small variations may occur in made-to-order printing and garment finishes. Size information is provided on each product page where available.
Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed when we accept the order. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, pricing or product information contains an obvious error, payment cannot be authorised, or fraud is suspected. If payment has already been taken, we will refund it.
Prices are shown in GBP and taxes are handled as displayed at checkout. Delivery charges are shown before payment.
Production and delivery
Products are produced and dispatched by our fulfilment partner, Tapstitch. Delivery times are estimates unless we expressly agree a guaranteed date. Please read our Shipping Policy for further details.
Cancellations, returns and faults
Your cancellation, return and refund rights are described in our Refunds & Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Liability
We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
Intellectual property
Website content, branding and original designs belong to The Other Thing or their respective licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.
Privacy
We process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform and relevant service providers help us process payments, produce goods and deliver orders.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you retain any mandatory protections and may bring proceedings in the courts applicable to where you live.
